Corrections, ideas, new towns and business enquiries: send us a protected message.
Use this secure form rather than publishing an email address. Messages go directly to the appropriate PostcodeGo team mailbox and your email address is used only so we can reply.
What helps us act quickly
For a postcode result, include the postcode and what looks wrong. For a town guide correction, include the page and a reliable source. For an event or place, send the organiser, venue or business page where possible. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What this form is for
PostcodeGo is an independent local information service rather than a council, booking service or emergency contact point. We welcome corrections to postcode results, town-guide information, public transport links, business details and event information, as well as requests for new town coverage. If your message concerns a result or page, include the postcode or page address and a reliable source where possible. For urgent transport disruption, ticketing, emergency services or venue availability, use the relevant official operator or authority directly as well.
