Live travel
Travel, without the tab-hopping
Local train and bus boards where we have a town guide, plus road disruption and official live airport information.
Local travel boards
Each PostcodeGo town guide owns its own travel configuration: the local National Rail station, selected central bus stops, road corridors and nearby airport links. That keeps Lewes data in Lewes, Seaford data in Seaford, and so on.

Airports: live arrivals and departures
For the South and South East we use the airports themselves as the source of truth for gates, terminals, delays and cancellations.
London Gatwick
Live departures · live arrivals
Gatwick publishes its operational flight board directly on its own site.
London Heathrow
Live departures · live arrivals
Heathrow says its status information is updated minute by minute.
We deliberately do not screen-scrape and republish airport flight databases. When we add flight rows inside PostcodeGo, they will come from a licensed flight-data API, with the airport's own board always linked as the authoritative check.
Roads
National Highways live travel updates cover current incidents, delays and closures on England's strategic road network. Local works are also linked through one.network where useful.
PostcodeGo is being prepared for the National Highways Digital Lab API so that each town can show only the roads that matter to it, rather than a generic national traffic feed.
Next: north of England
The same contract will be used as we move north: Manchester will centre on Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport; Liverpool on Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, with the relevant bus stops and M56/M60/M62/M57/M53 road corridors declared in those location profiles rather than copied from a southern site.
