A small number of clearly labelled adverts on guides people use to plan their day. Never inside the listings.
PostcodeGo and its town guides help people find what is on, where to eat, where to stay and how to get there. We keep advertising limited and honest: every advert says Advertisement, sits apart from the ordinary listings, and comes after the information people came for. Paying for an advert never changes where a business appears in our directory, what it says about you, or anything about another business.
Book an advert
Launch prices, held until 31 January 2027. One payment for the months you choose: nothing renews. SCC Nexus Limited is not registered for VAT, so these are the full prices. Every advert is checked before it appears, and if we cannot accept yours you are refunded in full.

What we accept
We welcome local shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, places to stay, trades, professional services, arts venues, attractions and other lawful local businesses. Property, health and beauty, financial services, environmental claims, promotions and anything aimed at children get a closer look, because the advertising rules for them are stricter.
We do not carry advertising for gambling, vaping or tobacco, recreational drugs, weapons, adult services, political campaigns, high-cost credit, speculative investments such as crypto trading, or miracle health and weight-loss claims. Adverts for alcohol itself are not part of what we offer; a pub, restaurant or hotel advertising the place itself is welcome.
How we check an advert
Before anything appears we check the business, the wording and the page the advert links to. Prices, "best" claims, awards and health or environmental claims need evidence; conditions must be clear; the linked page must match the advert. We may ask for changes, and we can pause an advert if the page it links to changes later.
Adverts carry no tracking: no advertiser code, pixels or cookies. Pictures are stored on our own server. We count how often each advert is shown and followed, without recording anything about the people who see it, and share those figures with the advertiser.
Submit your own events
Venues and organisers can put their own events on their Go guide, with a poster, from their approved email addresses. The free plan includes one event a month as a one-line listing; Basic (£5 a month) allows up to five a month with posters; Venue (£15 a month) allows unlimited events at your own venue with posters and one event spotlight a month. Paid in advance for the months you choose, by card or invoice; nothing renews by itself. Apply to submit events (read the submission terms first), or sign in if you are approved.
